Sales Excellence Trainer – Dubai, UAE (Travelling Around the Middle East)

About this job

A leading luxury watches and jewellery retailer are keen to hire a Sales Excellence Trainer to bean ambassador for this prestigious company, who represents, promotes and implements the training program. As a Sales Excellence Trainer, they manage trainings for all channels across all GCC. A key focus will be delivering global company experience training initiative in the Gulf region. This will involve liaising with the Head office to help them develop the programme, managing the execution of the training across the store network, monitoring and evaluating the programme, ensuring that the stores take ownership of ongoing delivery of the training and providing feedback to the central team on the impact of the programme.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deployment of the training to store Staff, constantly enhancing selling skills, and development of the future additional modules.
  • Coaching the Store Managers, Retail Managers, staff on selling skills aspects.
  • Work with store managers / teams on KPIs and prepare action plans related to their results.
  • Develop and follow up action plans related to Mystery Shopping initiatives in coordination with Retail Managers, Store Managers.
  • Work closely with the Corporate HR team to identify in-store training needs and suggest / implement action plans to address these needs.
  • Organize and perform follow up sessions for openings / renovation or headcount rotation / turnover.
  • Coordination with HR Department (Development and Training) for action plans related to Store Managers and staff on soft skills training.
  • Organize and perform follow up sessions at store level.
  • Work mainly self-generated and prioritized; occasional check by the boss and working teams.
  • Work only partially scheduled; autonomy in medium-term timeframes and in the definition of objectives for his / her department.
  • Problem solving applied to complex and ever-changing situations implying partly innovative concepts and solutions. Partly undetermined information.
  • Coaching on the importance of the Visual Merchandising, competition knowledge and brand/product stories to maximize sales performance.
  • Ensure proper deployment of the training related materials.

 

The Successful Candidates will have:

  • Relevant experience in training / sales (5 years) preferably for luxury business.
  • Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
