Arabic Speaking Store Manager – Dubai, UAE

About this job

As a Store Manager you will be fully accountable for all operational activity in your store, providing clear leadership to the team and leading by example in all areas.

In this role you will be passionate, inspiring and engaging and need to know how to run a busy yet organised store effectively. You will be a creative and commercial Manager, capable of proving your knowledge and passion for the company, whilst leading and motivating your team to do the same.



  • Review sales figures and take proactive initiatives to ensure stores targets are met. Monitor sales KPI’s to ensure budgets are achieved.
  • Guide, coach and train sales people on customer service disciplines. Ensure product knowledge and market / competition intelligence is given as ongoing in store training.
  • Identify slow and fast moving items back to buyers on a monthly basis. Ensure availability of optimum stocks of the latest items at all times.
  • Guide, coach, and motivate staff continuously to bring out their potential and enable them to improve their performance. Develop and mentor employees, identify specific training needs. Monitor effectiveness of individual’s progress within the team.
  • Organize internal marketing activities.
  • Develop CRM and VIP relationships.
  • Ensure the continual success and development of the brand.


The successful candidates will have:

  • Current knowledge and experience in the Luxury Retail Management.
  • Specialized sales management training and expertise typically gained over a period of 5 years plus.
  • Successfully managed a team.
  • Proven track record in the field of sales and Retailing.
  • Excellent planning, financial, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of the business.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
